SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS - women only

So… you’re curious about strength training, but don’t know where to start?

Or maybe you’ve tried to get stronger before, but weren’t sure you were doing it right.

Come and join our monthly women-only small-group personal strength training sessions, designed specifically for beginners. Group numbers are kept intentionally small to allow for hands-on coaching and individual support — helping you build confidence, learn the fundamentals and take that knowledge into your own training.

Upcoming dates: Sunday 14th June at 1.30pm, Sunday 5th July at 1.30pm, Sunday 9th August at 1.30pm.
